We’re excited to announce the launch of Bulk Cleanup for WooCommerce<\/a><\/strong>, a new plugin from StackWC built to help store owners clean up their WooCommerce database safely, in bulk, and on autopilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today marks the official launch, now available on the WooCommerce Marketplace. It’s built for one purpose: giving store owners an easy, safe way to clear out the orders, users, products, coupons, and reviews that quietly pile up over time \u2014 without touching the database directly or deleting things one by one from the admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why We Built It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every WooCommerce store accumulates data it doesn’t need to keep. Checkout drafts that never converted. Guest orders from months ago. Customer accounts that never placed an order. Coupons that expired years back. Live counts for checkout-draft orders, failed\/pending\/cancelled orders (30+ days), guest orders (90+ days), trashed orders, expired cart sessions, expired coupons, and users without orders \u2014 each with its own Preview, Clean Now, or Schedule option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hygiene Presets<\/strong>: Ready-made recurring cleanup policies you can turn on with one click: weekly draft-order cleanup, daily expired session cleanup, monthly failed\/pending\/cancelled order cleanup, weekly trash emptying, monthly guest order cleanup, and monthly expired coupon cleanup. Applying a preset creates a scheduled job automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
